Materials & Care

Material: FSC-Certified Solid American White Oak frame with woven rope cord seat and durable semi-gloss finish.

Dust the oak frame regularly using a clean, soft cloth. Wipe spills promptly with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, excessive water and scouring pads.

Vacuum the rope seat gently using low suction or a soft brush attachment to remove dust from the weave. For small spills, blot carefully with a clean, dry cloth and avoid saturating the rope. Do not use strong solvents, bleach or abrasive cleaning products.

Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity where possible. Lift the chair when moving rather than dragging it across the floor. Check the protective feet periodically and replace them if worn.

As oak is a natural material, variations in grain pattern, medullary rays, colour tone and texture are expected. Rope texture and weave may also vary slightly between individual chairs.

Warranty

This product includes a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults under normal residential use. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, commercial use, incorrect care, impact damage, moisture exposure, staining, natural ageing of the rope or general wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
