Delivery
We deliver to most regions across New Zealand. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your city or address, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

We keep many popular products in stock so they can be prepared for dispatch or delivery as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, product size, delivery address, carrier availability, and any special delivery requirements.

If you order several items together, we may deliver the whole order at once where possible. In this case, the item with the longest preparation or delivery time may determine the total delivery time for your order. If you would like part of your order delivered earlier, please contact our customer service team and we will try to arrange this where possible. Additional delivery charges may apply.

If you will not be home on the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule delivery, hold your goods by arrangement, or discuss suitable delivery options depending on the delivery method and carrier requirements.

Delivery Time
Once you have placed an order, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your order details and provide delivery information where available.

For online orders, we will send updates by email, including the estimated delivery arrangement or tracking details where applicable. For orders delivered by Mainfreight or NZ Post, tracking details may be provided once the item has been dispatched. For Auckland local deliveries handled by Furniture Now’s own delivery team, we will contact customers directly by email or phone with delivery arrangements.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
The delivery date is an estimate from the time your payment has been received and your order has been accepted. The items in your order will be prepared for delivery or dispatch as they become available.

Handling time means the time we normally need to process, prepare, book, or arrange your order after payment has been received and the order has been accepted. Handling time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Transit time means the estimated delivery time after the order has been prepared and dispatched or scheduled for delivery. Transit time may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, rural delivery requirements, weather, public holidays, delivery volume, access issues, and other circumstances outside our control.

All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Auckland Local Delivery Schedule
For Auckland local deliveries, Furniture Now uses its own local delivery team where possible. Purchased goods are normally delivered between approximately 8am and 5pm.

Auckland local delivery is normally scheduled as follows:

Delivery schedules may vary due to stock availability, delivery volume, public holidays, weather, traffic, access issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you request evening delivery, we will try our best to match your preferred time where possible. However, evening delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please leave your preferred delivery time or special delivery request in the order notes at checkout.

Shipping Fee Calculation
Delivery fees vary depending on location, distance, product size, order size, carrier charges, and delivery requirements.

Delivery within selected Auckland metropolitan areas normally starts from $99. Final delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery address, distance, product size, order size, and any additional service requirements.

For areas outside Auckland, large items are normally delivered by Mainfreight or another suitable freight carrier. Small items may be delivered by NZ Post where suitable. Delivery fees outside Auckland are calculated based on the carrier’s freight charge from Auckland to the customer’s delivery address.

If you cannot see the shipping fee calculation result from the online store shopping cart, or if your address may not be covered by the standard shipping area, please contact us with your full name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and the items you would like to purchase. We will provide a manual shipping fee quotation.

Order Cut-Off Time
Order cut-off time: 5:00 pm New Zealand local time, Monday to Friday.

Orders can still be placed online at any time. However, orders placed after 5:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

How Can I Track My Order?
For orders delivered by Mainfreight or NZ Post, tracking details may be provided once the item has been dispatched.

For Auckland local deliveries handled by Furniture Now’s own delivery team, we will contact customers directly by email or phone with delivery arrangements.

If you have not received a delivery update or need more details about your order or delivery status, please contact us by email or phone.

What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?
For Auckland local deliveries, deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm.

Furniture Now and its delivery partners are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. We will try our best to provide an estimated delivery time window where possible.

If you require evening delivery or have a preferred delivery time, please leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Signature on Delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable items. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, please contact us before delivery to discuss suitable options.

For carrier deliveries, a signature may be required. If you choose to have goods left in a safe place, this must be arranged with Furniture Now or the carrier in advance and may be at the customer’s own risk.

Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for furniture orders or large items.

I Will Not Be Home on the Scheduled Delivery Date
If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.

For Auckland local deliveries, we may be able to reschedule your delivery, but additional delivery fees may apply.

For deliveries handled by Mainfreight or NZ Post, customers may need to contact the carrier directly to arrange re-delivery or follow the carrier’s instructions.

Damaged in Transit
Any damage in transit must be reported to both the carrier and Furniture Now within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Please provide your order details and clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and advise the next steps.

Additional Services and Charges
Extra fees may apply for express or same-day delivery, carrying goods upstairs or into lifts, assembly, cardboard removal, disassembly of old furniture, difficult access, long-distance carrying, or special delivery requests.

Charges may vary depending on the size, weight, quantity of products, delivery address, property access, and service requirements.
