5-Year Stain Protection Warranty

The 5-year stain protection warranty applies only when Soil-Guard Fabric Protection is purchased at the same time as new furniture from our store.

To activate and maintain warranty eligibility, the product must be applied by the customer strictly in accordance with the official application instructions and demonstration video provided. Failure to follow the recommended preparation and application steps may affect coverage.

If a stain occurs after correct application and cannot be removed following the approved cleaning guidelines, the affected fabric area covered under warranty will be assessed and addressed according to the warranty terms.

Soil-Guard purchased separately, applied to pre-owned or second-hand furniture, or used outside the recommended application guidelines is not eligible for the 5-year stain protection warranty or service coverage.

For best results, we recommend regular vacuum cleaning and professional extraction cleaning every 18–24 months, or more frequently if required.
