Soil-Guard Fabric Protection includes 5 year stain protection coverage when purchased at the same time as new furniture from our store.

To activate and maintain warranty eligibility, the product must be applied by the customer strictly in accordance with the official application instructions and demonstration video provided. Failure to follow the recommended preparation and application steps may affect coverage.

If a stain occurs after correct application and cannot be removed following the approved cleaning guidelines, the affected fabric area covered under warranty will be assessed and addressed according to the warranty terms.

Soil-Guard purchased separately, applied to pre-owned or second-hand furniture, or used outside the recommended application guidelines is not eligible for the 5 year stain protection warranty or service coverage.

Soil-Guard must be applied correctly following the official instructions provided. Coverage applies only to eligible new furniture purchased with Soil-Guard from our store. Product packaging may vary slightly depending on supplier updates.
