Use a suitable mattress protector from first use to help protect the mattress from perspiration, body oils, stains and liquid spills.

Rotate the mattress regularly from head to foot to encourage even wear and help minimise body impressions. Keep the bedroom well ventilated and allow the mattress to air regularly.

Vacuum both the mattress and upholstered base periodically using low suction or a soft upholstery attachment.

If a spill occurs, blot promptly with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing, soaking or saturating either the mattress or base.

Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, strong solvents, excessive water and abrasive cleaning products.

Keep the base dry and well ventilated. Lift the base when moving rather than dragging it across the floor.

The mattress includes a 5 year SP manufacturer’s warranty under normal residential use.

The mattress warranty covers eligible structural manufacturing faults including broken springs and spring wires protruding through to the mattress surface.

The mattress warranty does not cover personal comfort preference, including dissatisfaction with mattress softness or firmness. Normal body impressions or indentations that develop through regular use are not considered manufacturing faults.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, transportation, odours, stains, liquid spills, incorrect care, change of mind, incorrect product selection or minor cosmetic issues that do not affect mattress performance is not covered.

Mattress warranty claims are subject to a Return to Base policy. Where inspection is required, the mattress must be returned to the nominated warehouse for assessment.

The NZ Made Bed Base includes a 5 year structural warranty covering manufacturing faults to the bed base frame under normal residential use.

The base warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, incorrect assembly, accidental damage, commercial use, incorrect care, overloading or general wear and tear.

This listing includes one SM Pocket Pillow Top Mattress and one matching NZ Made Bed Base in the selected size.

Headboard, bedding, pillows, bedside tables and decorative accessories shown in product images are not included.

Single, King Single, Double and Queen use a standard one-piece base. King and Super King are supplied with a split base for easier transportation and access.
