Materials & Care

Material: FSC-Certified Solid American White Oak frame with a padded black seat.

Dust the oak frame regularly using a clean, soft cloth. Wipe spills promptly with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, excessive water and scouring pads.

Wipe the seat gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid strong solvents, alcohol-based cleaners and abrasive products that may damage or dull the surface.

Keep the chair away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity where possible. Lift the chair when moving rather than dragging it across the floor.

As oak is a natural material, grain pattern, medullary rays, colour tone and texture may vary between individual chairs. Timber will also gradually mellow and change colour over time.

Warranty

This product includes a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults under normal residential use. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, commercial use, staining, incorrect care, impact damage, moisture exposure, seat damage or general wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Natural grain variation, medullary rays, colour variation and other characteristics associated with solid oak are not considered manufacturing faults.
