To help maintain comfort and even support, rotate the mattress head-to-foot every two weeks during the first three months. After this period, rotate the mattress three to four times per year.

Use the mattress on a suitable supportive base or foundation. Avoid bending, folding or standing on the mattress. Keep the mattress dry and well ventilated. Use a mattress protector to help guard against spills, moisture and everyday marks. Clean spills immediately by blotting gently with a clean dry cloth.

Guarantee
This mattress includes a 5 year guarantee covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

For optimal performance and durability, the mattress should be rotated head-to-foot every two weeks during the first three months, then three to four times per year thereafter.

Normal comfort preference and body impressions under 40 mm are considered industry standard and are not covered. Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, incorrect care, unsuitable foundation support, accidental damage, commercial use, or normal wear and tear is not covered under guarantee.
