We NOW deliver to most of the regions across New Zealand.
If you order with a New Zealand delivery address for in-stock items, you should receive a confirmation email straight away, and our Customer Service team will kindly contact you within 1-2 business days.
Pick-up or Delivery?
We offer convenient, efficient and hassle-free choices for pick-up or delivery of your furniture.
You can shop online from home and pick your furniture up from your preferred Furniture Now store for free by choosing Pick-up. Our Customer Service team will process the order asap and contact you to organise collection.
For your protection you will be asked to show an original proforma invoice at the time you pick up your furniture. If you do not have the invoice with you, you will be asked to provide ID for verification purposes. Please inspect your furniture carefully at the time of pick-up.
If you have purchased larger items, we'd recommend delivery out of safety concerns. These items will be shipped directly from our warehouse. Or, if you are unable to visit your closest Furniture Now store for collection, we are more than happy to arrange delivery to your nominated address at a time that is convenient for you. Delivery charges apply.
$95 (including GST) within the highlighted areas as shown below.

-price excludes rubbish removal, old furniture collection, assembly service.

Before placing your order, please ensure the following:
- Items you intend to purchase will fit in the area you have selected for it.
- Doors, stairwells and other entrance ways (including lifts) are wide enough to allow for access.
- For pickups, please ensure that the furniture will easily fit into your vehicle or trailer.
When placing your order, please ensure the correct contacts such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses and delivery addresses are provided.
